12 months ago, HaulTech were the 2019 Business Innovation Award winners, filling directors Clare Chidlow and Craig Lamont with unmatched pride. After entering the Business Innovation category again for 2020, it is with the same pride that we can announce that we have been shortlisted for the Business Innovation award again! The Sentinel Business Awards take place on Thursday, March 26th at the wonderful King’s Hall in Stoke.
HaulTech has been built on establishing innovative tech solutions that have supported haulage companies for over 26 years. The company were innovators with their real-time vehicle tracking years before 3G, 4G or even GPRS even existed. Whilst the competition used dial-up connections, HaulTech led the way. For two decades, the Staffordshire based organisation has also been at forefront of providing Transport and Warehouse Management Solutions that revolutionise organisational operations for hauliers across the country.
This year, HaulTech’s industry-leading integrated vehicle tracking and CCTV platform is continuing our tradition of innovation. The HaulTech TrakMan solution combines video footage, vehicle tracking, full telematics and live on-screen tachograph – a first for the industry.
Since the launch in late 2019, customers are already benefiting from the solution. The combination of crystal-clear HD footage with accurate vehicle location and rich vehicle data has resulted in fewer incidents on the road, improved driver behaviour, reduced environmental impact and a more effective operational output for its users.
