We would like to welcome Lee Woolrich to HaulTech’s technical support team.
The past few years has seen high demand from the haulage industry for Transport Management Software and as a multi-award-winning provider, we have seen major growth within our customer base and within our team. To support this growth and further increase our passion for providing customers with best-in-class service, we would like to welcome Lee Woolrich to our technical support team. Lee’s role will be helping customers with queries, assisting them with their technology and providing fantastic customer service.
Formerly Lee has worked for a UK-leading field marketing agency in IT support. In his role there he gained the experience and skills that he will use to support the HaulTech customer base. Lee spoke about how his experience will help him to assist customers, mentioning “I have been in IT support for years now and know that my skills will be able to support all the hauliers who are using transport tech.”
Lee mentioned he joined HaulTech because of the work culture being one of the best he’s witnessed. He said, “as soon as I walked into the office I could feel the energy from the team, everyone is hardworking and enthusiastic. I actually get amped up to come to work in the mornings and be in this environment.”
