Welcoming Angela Sambrook, Steph Pollendine & Liz Shuff to the HaulTech team

 

Customer Account Management

Following the continued growth of HaulTech, we are delighted to announce that we have expanded multiple departments within our team. Steph Pollendine & Liz Shuff are joining Steph Cartwright’s team as Customer Account Managers, bring a wealth of knowledge, energy and experience to the roles.

Steph is bringing over 12 years of experience in hospitality and customer service. Known for her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build lasting relationships, Steph is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for clients.

Liz brings a broad range of experience across veterinary client care, NHS administration, and telecommunications. Drawing on this diverse background, Liz is passionate about delivering excellent service and building strong relationships. She enjoys solving problems, helping people, and takes pride in doing a good job. Liz cares deeply about the work she does, loves learning new things, and thrives on taking on challenges.

Both Customer Account Managers are excited and eager to contribute to the team and support clients’ success.

Sales Administration Assistant

In addition, Angela Sambrook is joining HaulTech as a Sales Administration Assistant to help ensure everything continues to run smoothly in head office as we continue our expansion. Ange is an experienced logistics professional with 11 years in customer delivery coordination and stock control management. Skilled in streamlining operations, optimising inventory systems, and ensuring timely, accurate fulfilment across fast-paced environments.
