HaulTech were in attendance at the Alice Charity’s Golf Day at Trentham Park Golf Club supporting the Stoke-on-Trent based charity.
On Friday 25th September, The Alice Charity’s Golf Day was in full swing at Trentham Park Golf Club. Submitting a team of four, HaulTech continued their support for the local charity.
The Alice Charity was founded in 2011 by mother-daughter duo Steph and Emily who were on a mission to support the most vulnerable families across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
9 years later, they are now feeding 700 families using their ‘People’s Pantry’, supporting new parents with ‘Bump and Beyond’, and connecting people with community play groups and so much more. The charity is there to help during times of crisis with family support, food supplies and school uniforms or equipment.
HaulTech have been supporting the Alice Charity since early 2019, sponsoring the ‘Bump and Beyond’ in May and funding a member of staff to visit and support families and offer counselling and guidance for those struggling with mental health issues.
HaulTech’s Sales and Marketing Coordinator Lee Halmarack was in attendance at the event and stated “It was a fantastic day supporting the Alice Charity. The work they do in our local community is invaluable and we are proud to do our bit.
Despite losing more balls than I’d care to admit, we can’t wait to do it again next year” he went on to add.
HaulTech are delighted to continue supporting the Alice Charity with their efforts across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas as they approach their 10th anniversary.
