This news article contains all the information you need regarding the plans HaulTech have in place to support you, your department, your team and your business during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our absolute top priorities are as follows:

  1. The safety of our customers and to ensure that their transport/warehouse/vehicle-based solutions see little to no disruption
  2. The safety of our staff, ensuring that they stay healthy in order to carry out delivering and supporting services to you.

We have put a plan into place for staff to work from home effective from Monday 23rd

March 2020. Our IT, phone and infrastructure services mean that we will be able to stay fully operational, communicating internally and externally as normal. For us at this time, other than home working, it’s pretty much business as usual.

Access to your HaulTech Services

No HaulTech services are currently impacted by COVID-19 so you can continue to access your services as you do now.

HaulTech Operations

Our infrastructure is well provisioned to handle this situation. We have not seen, and do not anticipate, any impact on our delivery performance, reliability or security. This extends across all existing projects and any new projects planned to start in the next few weeks. During this time of home working our teams will continue to focus their time on innovation creation and deliverables.
