From an accounts and billing perspective HaulTech’s Transport Management System will allow you to check pricing and proof of delivery before raising your invoice. Own branded invoices can be sent from within the HaulTech TMS and e-POD/scanned PODs can be attached to each invoice, which reduces the opportunity for completed work/invoice queries to be challenged. Invoice from within your TMS whilst passing the completed work file to your existing accounting system such as Sage, Quickbooks or Xero.
