Stage 3: Quotation
We provide a straightforward, easy to understand quotation with detailed descriptions of the modules required.
We aim to be competitive and great value for money.
Stage 4: Pre-installation
A member of our Support Team will be assigned to you to agree an installation and training plan. This will ensure a smooth progression of the project to meet your expectations.
Stage 5: Installation and Training
A member of our Installation Team will install the software and ensure it is configured for your user requirements.
Our Support Team will provide full onsite training, which is designed to ensure you get the best experience and achieve your improvement goals.
Stage 6: Post-installation
We realise that any new system will take time for users to become familiar and comfortable with. That’s why we always recommend and plan follow up onsite training provided by our Support Team including user preferences.
However, a great benefit of HaulTech is the speed with which users become expert.
Stage 7: On-going Support
All HaulTech solutions include full first year support with subsequent years provided under a support contract.
Support is provided by our own in-house Support and Development Teams with a dedicated telephone support line.
